Tammy Simmons of Trek Barrie is out for a muddy rock skills session. First off Train in the Mud and you will get better in the mud! secondly , think about lines! Especially in the mud/wet its key to go straight. Tammy picks a great line but even her line can be straighter ... use a few sessions a week (or parts of sessions) to assess where you brake and where you turn.
After you admit you have a sleep VOLUME problem ... (the first step) ... lets work on the Sleep Quality
Consider, Really Consider, the below ... if you'll spend $50 bucks on supplements and aero wheels and fermented drinks and fancy shoes then these basically free interventions should be on your TODAY to do list for life enhancement
1) take some time to relax before bed (not in front of screens or bright lights) ... stretch, meditate , read in dim room, talk to your family
2) make your room pitch back with tin foil / comforter or ideallly black out blinds (legit) ... needs to be pitch black middle of day
3) no electronics in room, no lights, no clocks, ideally no plus ( bit kooky by why not)
4) no eating / exercise / finances / stress / screens 1-3 hrs before bed ( indiv. variability)
